“Too busy” is a myth, but isn’t it so easy to hide behind? So easy to prevent new activities or hobbies because we’re short on time… Being “busy” is a tempting mechanism of self prioritization. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed or tied up with too many tasks, turning others away on your own false premise. But, it’s a choice. We truly make time for the things that matter to us, so where are we placing that priority? For me, I’m goin to refocus that aim and not let busy become my safety.
